John Bowman is a founding Managing Director of HighPoint Capital.
Previously, Mr. Bowman was a Managing Director of Leveraged Finance
at FleetBoston Financial from 1998-2003, where he was a senior member
of Fleet’s preliminary structuring and loan screening committees.
Mr. Bowman also had primary leveraged finance responsibility for covering
New England middle market companies, including Fleet’s mezzanine loan
origination business based in Boston. Prior to joining FleetBoston,
Mr. Bowman was a Senior Vice President in Leveraged Finance with Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette, and was involved in DLJ’s start-up of its Senior
Loan business in 1997 as a member of the Leveraged Finance Group.
Mr. Bowman also worked at Kidder, Peabody, State Street Bank, Drexel
Burnham and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Bowman earned an M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern
University. |

Scott Carpenter is a founding Managing Director of HighPoint Capital.
Previously, Mr. Carpenter was North East Business Development Manager
for Bank of America Business Capital and prior thereto, was Senior
Vice President and Senior Marketing Officer for Fleet Capital. Mr.
Carpenter has over 15 years of corporate lending experience to New
England middle market companies. Prior to joining Fleet Capital, he
successfully opened and grew the Boston office of PNC Business Credit.
Mr. Carpenter was also previously Vice President of Finance for Joan
Fabrics, where he managed the company’s finance and accounting departments
and internal credit function. Mr. Carpenter holds a B.A. in Economics
from Tufts University. He is also a member of numerous local business
associations including the Association for Corporate Growth, The Turnaround
Management Association and has been a Board member of the Commercial
Finance Association and the Upstate New York Turnaround Management
Association. |

Mr. Garmey helped grow MCG’s middle market lending business from a $200 million investment portfolio to $900 million, sourcing, underwriting, and completing more than 30 transactions. Additionally, Mr. Garmey served as MCG's representative on the board for several investments. Prior to MCG, Mr. Garmey was a credit analyst for Lehman Brothers. Mike Rogers is a Managing Director of HighPoint Capital. From 2004-2008, Mr. Rogers was a Senior Vice President at Banc of America Securities, LLC responsible for a portfolio of middle market clients. Previously, Mr. Rogers was a Managing Director at Fleet Securities where he was co-head of Loan Structuring. In this position he structured and syndicated senior and second lien debt for acquisitions and recapitalizations, with an emphasis on sponsor transactions. During his sixteen year career at Fleet, Mr. Rogers also served in a variety of specialized groups including media and communications lending, asset based lending, leasing, mezzanine financing, and workout. Previously, Mr. Rogers was with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, where he completed the credit training program and then provided acquisition financing to middle market and media companies. Mr. Rogers holds an A.B. in History from the College of the Holy Cross. |

Jonathan A. Kraft

Jonathan Kraft is President & Chief Operating Officer of The Kraft Group.
Jonathan Kraft graduated from Williams College in 1986 with a BA in
History and went on to work as a Consultant for Bain & Company. After
two years at Bain he attended Harvard Business School and received his
MBA in 1990 at which time he joined The Kraft Group. Jonathan is on
the board of directors for several organizations including Citizens
Bank of Massachusetts and the Children’s Hospital Trust. He is also
on the board of trustees for Williams College, the Belmont Hill School,
and the Park School.

Robert Kraft is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The Kraft Group.
A native of Brookline, Massachusetts, Robert Kraft graduated from Columbia
University in 1963 where he earned his B.A. He then received a fellowship
to the Harvard School of Business and completed his M.B.A. in 1965.
Robert Kraft is Founder and Chairman of The Kraft Group of companies
based in Foxborough, Mass. In addition to his role at The Kraft Group
Mr. Kraft sits on numerous boards including the Boston College Board
of Trustees, the executive committees of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Boston and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and is also a Trustee Emeritus
of Columbia University.

Geoffrey S. Rehnert
Audax Group
Mr. Rehnert, is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Audax Group. Prior to
founding Audax Group, Mr. Rehnert helped to start Bain Capital, Inc.
("Bain Capital") in 1984 and to initiate Bain Capital’s entrance into
the buyout market in 1986. During his tenure at Bain Capital, Mr. Rehnert
was integral to the firm’s growth and evolution, participated in the
firm’s investment decisions, and served on the boards of over 25 Bain
Capital companies. In addition, Mr. Rehnert was instrumental in helping
to establish Bain Capital’s middle market deal generation and relationship
development efforts. Prior to working at Bain Capital, Mr. Rehnert worked
at Bain & Company and J. P. Morgan and Company, Inc. Mr. Rehnert received
a J.D. from the Stanford Law School where he was a member of the Stanford
Law Review. He received an A.B. from Duke University.

Marc. B. Wolpow
Audax Group
Mr. Wolpow, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Audax Group. Prior to founding
Audax Group, Mr. Wolpow was a Managing Director of Bain Capital, where
he focused on middle market private equity opportunities, playing a
key role in numerous leveraged acquisitions, management buyouts, and
recapitalization transactions. In 1995, he took shared responsibility
for Bain Capital’s mezzanine fund, and in 1997, he co-founded the firm’s
structured debt business, Sankaty Advisors. Prior to joining Bain Capital
in 1990, Mr. Wolpow worked as a leveraged finance professional at Drexel
Burnham Lambert, Inc. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Mr. Wolpow
received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard
Law School. He received a B.S. (Economics) from the Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania.
